UPDATE :AMEX SPG Product Change possible?

What is the approval criteria for this card? I've been denied for it for years .. when at the same time have been approved for other cards with AMEX.

Does AMEX do PC to this card?

Amex will PC cards starting on the 13th billing cycle once a card is open.

This can be closed now .. there was a similar topic and I provided an update there.

It turns out AMEX will change Delta and Hilton cards to the SPG card .. doesn't matter how many months the card has been open. I PC mine from delta to SPG and I had the delta for 7 months only. They refused to change BCE or ED to SPG.
