UPDATE: After un-freezing my EX report... APPROVED on Amex Delta $1000 TL.

Will let it grow, then will read the 3X CLI on AMEX... WOW ! I am stunned.
Now just waiting for Discover IT, called them back, they need 72 additional hours to review my APP. It sounds like an approval coming my way ( I hope!!)
I am little by little coming back into Prime Land. Soon will SD my Capital One (which i got a measly $200 CLI through EO two months ago.).
