I just keep a general form for personal track.

Making a DB list wouldn't be a bad idea for a sticky.

i don't get how were you approved if there is no us bank near you ? i apply and they told me could not be approved  due to no bank near me.

Pre-qualifications are different from cold apps with U.S. Bank.

And just to throw everyone else another curve ball, I was poking around their website and tried my luck at opening a checking account. It asked for my ZIP code which clearly we have established I live nowhere near any US Banks, and it allowed me to continue with the opening process. I opted not to continue opening an account, but just to let you all know...
