I am not sure what seedling even means or gardening. Please explain 
I just spoke with a US Bank representative because I was curious myself and they said they do not do a hard pull if you are just sending a cashiers check to increase your deposit/spending limit. The only time they would do a hard pull is if you are requesting a credit limit increase on an unsecured credit card. My secured credit card is eligible to graduate to an unsecured credit card after one year but I am not sure what the credit limit would be if that happens. The total amount allowed for deposit is $5000 for the secured credit card. After 6 months, I plan on making a deposit of $2000
