To US Bank's credit, they did offer the promo (at least for me) on the Cash+, where CL above $2,500 will likely never be utilized. Of course, being true to my mercenary self, I accepted the offer, though I have no intention of ever using the card other than for the $2,500 per quarter on my chosen 5% categories.

Right.
Too bad you need a minimum $5k CL to get the Cash+...

Did you get a CLD from 2,147,484,000? Complain to the CFPB!

Wait, so you got paid $5 to get an increase?
For the Cash+, I was part of promo that I'm sure was offered to many (not just me!) where US Bank was offering a $5 credit to accept a $4K or $5K CLI.
I did not get the $5 Cash+ CLI bonus offer, but got 250 gold points if I apply Club Carlson CLI.

This card had better report as "Flexible Spending"!

Go for it. After all, you got approved for FNBO (and 2 Chase cards) with only 5 months of history. A $5K+ SL on Cash+ should be a breeze.

With a $2 trillion limit, NPSL is just gravy
