US Bank PC from Cash Rewards to Cash+ Rewards

I have a Cash Rewards Visa card that I got a when I opened my checking about with US Bank a year or so ago.  At the time due to my mortgage fiasco (they pulled my credit 16 times) my credit score was low and I didn't qualify for the Cash+ since I was only approved for $500.  One auto CLI and one manual CLI, I'm up to $1.5k (not really sure what their issue is) but I just saw that the requirements for the Cash+ limit went down to $1k; is it hard to PC a US Bank card and will it be another hard pull? It seems the always do a hard pull for everything.

Sweet thanks, I didn't know you could ask for product change offers.  I called and they said I several offers available and asked if I had gotten a chance to take a look at the website to see the available ones.  I told her Cash+ and she said the change in would be effetive immediately since they system automatically updated it as it changed.
