Completely agree!!! I have followed Dustink's advice before when dealing with US Bank and always had plenty of positive results!!!

On another note...Tennis, if you are interested. You are good to go for a top tier auto refi with US Bank if your current auto loan has a high APR.

My current auto loan is with US Bank and 3% APR.  I cant complain!

FYI, you can refinance your auto loan with PenFed for 1.49% APR.

Another thing to keep in mind with PenFed is that their advertised rates are not "as low as" rates depending on your credit worthiness. On the contrary, everyone that gets approved, gets the advertised rates.
