Yes and most definitely yes.

Once you're in though, they do relax a little bit.

They do like relationships

I opened my first credit card in 2014 through USBank. In April of 2016 I added 4 new accounts and then another account in August of 2016 with USBank. It was instantly approved.

Once you are in they relax alot. and become very easy.  Getting in is the problem once in they turn a blind eye to new accounts and inquries.

OP-are your current customer of us bank? Altitude is a relationship based approval card. They are inquiry sensitive almost always unless you have a solid relationship with them-checking, savings, cc, loans etc. Best wishes!
