I won't sound the ERT alarms...LOL.  But I'm sure they're watching! 

No banking relationship required.  I obtained 2 CCs with them, inlcuding the Cash+, and didn't have any checking/money market/savings with them.  I considered it though.

Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

I'm not going to do it! But I must admit everyone got me all excited with their approvals without a banking relationship.  LOL!!

I do have them on my "one day in the future" list though.
