well according to the nice barclays gentleman i talked to , he said they don't do second card if you have one open already. From what i gathered from what he said if i were to close my first one and try for second one they could do that , but my chances wouldn't be that great, so i will let it go.
Now i need to think about what to do about my citi aa business card, go for that or not , my ex has an lot of hp like 12 or 13. 5 or so of them will fall off this summer though.
I'm curious too. And no rime or reason. Some were newer cards so it's not a date issue. Looks like not a dividends issue. Who knows

yeah i called an he said they don't allow for second card if you have one open already. He assured me there was no HP
