US bank visa platinum PC question

Hello,

I have two cards with US bank

1) Flexperks select + Amex

2) Visa Platinum

My Visa platinum was approved through a secured card graduation while back.

Has anyone requested a PC from their regular Visa platinum to a cash back or travel card after graduation? I'm looking at their cash back card but really don't want to apply for third card. Just curious for any PC success from others on this board.

Thanks .

I'm not sure but I know their reps and UWs are very nice people (even if they say no)

I agree. I may need to call and ask. Worse case they say no.

Re: US bank visa platinum PC question

8k on the Amex

500 on the platinum. Never requested an increase nor an auto increase. It graduated as is.

Re: US bank visa platinum PC question

I just called US Bank today to see if I was eligible for a PC from my Platinum Visa that I've had for 5 years, (still with a $300 limit).  I was told I qualified to PC my Platinum to Cash Rewards Visa, (which I already have), Perks + or a Flex Select.  Probably going with the Perks+

Re: US bank visa platinum PC question

Congrats to you! Gives me hope. I actually sent an email inquiring on a product change. Did they require a hard or soft pull? Did they ask you for additional information? I'll most likely call Monday for faster response.

Thanks

Thanks for the info.  It's good to know that we're able to PC from Platinum Visa.  It's been SD'ed for awhile for me. Smiley Embarassed
