Re: US based customer service

Discover has US based customer service. Awesome sauce!

But you should probably avoid USA Prime Credit.

NICEST customer service ever. I honestly think that Discover must provide a great employee experience because their people are so happy and so willing to help.

Re: US based customer service

Before I closed my card, I had US based CS on my Chase Freedom. Discover is definitely US Based. Barclaycard is as well. And I think I remember getting US based people when I call Citi. The only one where I don't is American Express, unfortunately.
