When they pulled 2 after I was told it would be 1 pull within 30 days.
Apparently for it to be one pull, you have to either apply for the credit products at the same time as applying for checking or savings OR call in and apply over phone because they can see the credit report already there but if you go back online like I do and submit application, the computer is not smart enough to see you already have a credit pull and it pulls again.
They said they are willing to change one to soft but I have to dispute the inq... I told her no I didn't they just needed to recode it and she didn't know what I was talking about and didn't have anymore answers for me so put me on hold and then transferred me to no mans land... I let the phone ring for over 3 minutes I was so mad she transferred me.
