USAA AMEX or AMEX BCE?!?

I am looking to get into the AMEX family.  My credit is okay with a score around 660.  Which card would you recommend?

The USAA Amex runs on the Amex network, but the card is not issued by Amex.

The Amex BCE has better rewards, while the USAA Amex may have some nice features such as integration with other USAA products like online checking.

does the 3x CLI rule apply to only cards issued by AMEX?

Yes, other issuers of Amex network cards will have their own CLI rules.
