I would call the CSR line directly. I don't know of any backdoor/recon number for USAA. Others might chime in.

When I recently applied for a car refi with them, I call the CS line directly and they were very useful in getting to the right department.

There is no BD # for them and they don't do recons. If you're not approved for what you app'd for, they will sometimes counter-offer. They are a pretty conservative lender; tho some here have posted about generous limits. The best you can do is to call their regular CS # and ask to talk w/someone in the CC dept.
