I've have had a USAA CC for 4 months,
This month I wanted to start PIF twice a month ( 2nd PIF to have at zero before bill cut )
I paid in full on 3/28, Its now 4/4, Its not updating to the available balance, But on the bank staement it shows as paid. ( Bill is not dues till the 18th )
Did I goof up by paying that early? Usually the CC satement updates with in 2 or on the 3rd day.

What are the balances reporting across all CCs?
Are are wanting to show $0 across all CCs at due date or are you trying to show 9% util?
I've been on the phone with them for one thing or another several times this week, including our online credit card info which is also behind in updating. I think they still haven't "sprung forward" yet! Hopefully, they will have their act together by Friday!

Try to show $0 on the USAA CC at due date,
Forgot to add this is their secure card.

UPDATE:
I called them this morning ( USAA ) She said it doesn't happen often not updating for seven days, It will show by morning,
Thanks again.
Ours hasn't updated yet either but, its not Friday yet and, when I contacted them, they did say Friday.
They'd better get their act together!!!
