USAA CL

I got approved for USAA MC $ 15k CL on Tuesday, 1/12.  By today, 1/14 it was already on my Equifax as available credit $ 15k , 0 balance.  It took my utilization down from 34% to 27%.  Actually, my util would have been closer to 67% because my Cap one balance $ 4k reported on the same day the USAA CL reported.  If USAA had not made it on there, my utilization would have gone from 34% to 67%.  Instead it went down to 27%.  My score did not change.
