If you are still on active duty I'd say the odds are good.   When I was getting out they were throwing CLIs and pre-approved offers at me.   Lately, not so much haha.

Re: USAA CLI...requested..crossing fingers.

I have had my card with USAA since 09 witha $500 CL and they have never given me a CLI. I requested on last night to 6K to go along with my NFCU card also. They replied to see my pay stubs and how much I pay for rent and also said not to ask for a specific amount when requesting a CLI. I hope I get my increase tho.

They were giving me regular CLI's when I was rebuilding but not so much now.

I'm not complaining, though, they never cut my CL during the 2008 downturn, and never have raised my interest rate even though I was carrying a high balance during grad school.

Re: USAA CLI...requested..crossing fingers.

You can request a CLI every 6 months.  I have two cards so I wait till the second card has reached it's 6 month interval and then call in for a CLI same HP for both cards then.  I have had the cards since June of 2012 and have gone from $4K initial CL on both to $7K first CLI on both to $10K and $11K last CLI.  They have by far been the most generous to me of the major banks.  Only GE has shown as much love lol.  Wishing you lots of luck on your CLI.

Re: USAA CLI...requested..crossing fingers.

Sooooo, are all CLI with USAA HP's?  And I assume they would pull EQ again?

I've had the MC Platty since 1/12, $6k initial CL.  Average $500-1500 a month and have always PIF.
