So 2 months ago, I asked USAA if they would consider dropping my APR to a better rate after my deployment incentive expired. They told me that 15.9% is the best they could offer me! (been at 15.9% since I opened the card a couple years ago) Today I login and look at my card and.... 11.9% after incentive!!!! Too bad I already switched to Amex Blue as my daily spender! Can't beat better rewards
