Bad customer service from USAA? That's a bit surprising to hear.

The last time I was at Costco I was at the register for about 10 minutes with USAA on the phone and they were trying to fgiure out why my card with $0 balance wouldn't work for a $200 purchase.  Fraud department flagged it and I used my debit card to pay for it.  

This morning I got the call from their fraud department.  I can't say I have ever (before this) had bad service from USAA but I have never had great service either
