It is always a HP with them on Equifax. I've never received an auto CLI from them. I've always had to press the luv button with a HP.

They used EX when I got both my Amex and my MasterCard. Maybe it depends on where you live?
Maybe. I'm in MD. I have AmEx, MC and an auto loan with them and each one has been EQ

How long has it been since you tapped them? There are multiple recent reports that they have switched to EX.

Im in MD as well and they used EX for me last week for a product of theirs when previously everything was EQ before.
Received $11k CLI two weeks ago...in Ohio, they pulled EQ.
