If you can't qualify, you could always enlist

But they are a fantastic organization across the board.  If they offered HSA accounts they would be perfect (for me).

I would gladly enlist if they would take me. Unfortunately, when they start accepting enlistments from folks of my age/health I am afraid that money/credit will no longer be issues.
