All of them will take bk with enough time and high enough score. Penfed most conservative, usaa next, and nfcu easiest.

I got Navy Fed 3 years after discharge

I got PenFed $500 overdraft 4 years after discharge

I got USAA Amex 5 years after discharge

Penfed wants to see a rebuilt credit, but then for you to not apply for anything else, so you are without any new cards or inquiries for about a year, if you have a bk. I keep finding other things, so haven't applied for a PenFed CC.

Time heals most wounds. If you burned them in the past(i.e included in BK) forget about it.
