USAA Preapproval

how logged into me USAA and a preapproval for a cc, heloq, and something else popped up as pre approval.....do these mean anything with USAA?

It totally doesn't matter to USAA. I was just curious as I don't use them as my primary either. I've never gotten a preapproval from them. They probably think my credit behavior is too risky. Too many new accounts.

is heloq home equity loan? just curious also where did it show? i never get these either
