You see this public customer service?Thats why USAA rocks......21 years and zero issues with them or any of there products.
Sure, they posted on the forums, doesn't mean OPs issue was resolved or explained, they just make an appearance to look good.

I would assume that if respresentatives actually searched forums (which I assume they have at least SOMEONE doing this) they would be verified by myfico mods and whatnot, and if they don't do that, the major companies should put a rep on these forums, one for citi, one discover, one cap1, one amex, one chase, one boa, stuff like that. Would make things a lot easier imho.
