EQ.  If it is a preapproval, then it looks good.  That's how I got mine and with my scores at the time and the Verizon collection still on my report, I shouldn't have qualified then. Can't get a CLI however cause I'm paying off a balance transfer.

This might be the right time to strike. One of my installment loans just reported paid, another is down to a very low balance, and the third hasn't reported yet so my scores just saw a really nice bump, Once the third loan reports, they'll take a serious hit.
