well if your EQ is sitting at 625 then I can see why they are telling you that you are not eligible for an increase

Thank you I called and they said I could apply in the future for a different card which I plan on doing I did not want them to run my credit report since I am trying to get a better score, I am with NFCU and have the visa and navcheck do you think it is better to pay off the usaa and close it or just not use?

keep USAA open youre already in with them just pay down balance and let time take it's course the longer you have a relationship with the better they will be to you,

Thank you I think my plan now after everyone's help is to pay it down I actually owe 800
