I got a BCE in Feb, Everyday in Apr, and SPG in May. I've gotten the signup bonus on all three no problem.

I see the problem now. The top Flyertalk thread on this has multiple reports of people reaching the spend threshold but not being awarded the points even after calling into customer service and proving they signed up for a bonus.
