just got off the phone with chase and ordered a emv replacement for my united card and for my slate 😀 , just call the number on the back of your card you will speak with someone stateside , no need to call the CSP number or ritz number .

Good to know, I will call tomorrow. I have not had good experience with the United Milegage Plus CSR's. they definitely do not seem US based. But if they can simply send me a new card with emv, ill try it! My UM+ visa Sig is a pretty beat card imho.

I'm sure this could be a YEMV. Every time that I've called them (which is not very often) has been US based (not that it matters to me but I digress).
