Had my card for 5 years with no increases, it has been at $1500 since I opened it. Never asked for a CLI, did not need one all my other limits dwarf this one. Checked my account today and it was $5500, I thought do to the economic climate cap one was not doing any increases. Maybe the economy is turning around or today is my lucky day.

Wow, quadruple congratulations to you!!! Maybe they are not opening new accounts, but instead rewarding people who are using their cards responsibly.
At any rate, excellent news for you!

Congrats but I thought they had stopped granting CLI's.
Customer initiated CLIs have stopped... they told me that my account would still be reviewed periodically for bank issued CLI
