Updated balance on Comenity cards?

I have two cards with Comenity that I paid off last month (a J Crew & an Overstock) & they're still reporting a balance on my credit reports.  The last update on my reports is July 10th & a few days after that I paid them both off, but they're still showing the balance from July 10th.  I've logged into both of my accounts & the balances are showing $0 on the accounts.

Should these have updated to zero on Aug 10th?

Comenity takes a while to report. My overstock credit card closes on the 6th but it wont report to the cra's till like 15-18 of the month.
