I went on the live chat and asked if I had any upgrades for my first visa platinum card that I previously just had a credit increase from $1,000 to $2,500. They told me I was eligible to turn it into a qs1 like I already have and I agreed. Will my existing balance turn into a 0 percent apr until Sept like my other qs1? Also how long should I wait until I ask if I can upgrade my first qs1 to a just a quicksilver with no anual fee? Thanks
