what do you mean by time frame? It took me one year to get a secured card unsecured with them.

From the start of the application to the card being delivered was three weeks for me. One week then theywithdrawal your deposit, and the app status will still say pending until week two. After two weeks it will say approved and you will get your card the following week. Good luck! Also reported to all three bureaus as soon as I got the card. Showed as a new open account. Got a 25 point increase off it!
