Usaa American Express

I was approved for the Usaa American Express card, and i checked my credit report about a week later and noticed I didn’t have a inquiry from them. has this happen to anyone else? Do you think they did a soft inquiry?

Hopefully they did a soft inquiry...or, if you only pulled a CR from one CRA, perhaps they did the hard with one of the other two?

I checked all three reports and its not on any of them
