Venture - Does Cap 1 report the CL to bureaus?

I read that not all Visa Signature cards have their CLs reported.  Is this no longer true?  Does Cap1 report the Venture and QS Signature CLs?

Both of mine took all of 60 days but are now reporting. The Venture AND Quicksilver Visa.

When flexible spending cards came out some lenders didn't report a specific limit. Now they report a credit limit which is equal to your revolve line.
