I have 2 unpaid charge offs, 5 paid collections being reported, and as of my last report I was using 97% of my credit and I got the pop up with VS but not Walmart or Express.

I've heard there are pre-approved offers for Walmart sometimes, but accepting those would result in HP. I've never gotten one, though.
I recently got a pre-approval for VS for $500. They SP'd my EX, which has 3 PR's and 4 baddies on it. Most of the baddies are from 2006...the other SP pre-approvals I've gotten (Express, J. Crew, Brylane Home and KingSize)..they softed EQ which is a lot cleaner.
I used the VS card at Bath and Body Works just last weekend.
