Like you said though.. it was a gamble as you knew full well the devil you were dealing with.
I did the same thing with the Virgin card recently. I have not gotten the card / activated yet so we will see how my luck is...
I now have 3 Comenity cards.
Marathon VISA - open for 2 years.
Pottery Barn - open for 4 months.
Virgin - open for a few weeks.
I also have more inquiries than you do. So I'll cross my fingers and toes.
