I wouldn't say nothing. It's certainly not anything to get overly excited about, but there are a few benefits. In addition to the base Visa Signature benefits that others have mentioned, there are also occasionally promotions that will be run that are available if you pay with a Visa Signature card. Nothing major, but a slight discount or bonus frequent flier miles, or mid-level hotel status. I can remember Hilton offering Gold status to people who registered for a promotion with a Visa Signature card.
If you can get one, then get one. But don't be too disappointed if you can't.

The hype dies after a few days of getting one...
+1
I was so hyped after I was approved for siggy Visa with NFCU. After hearing for years that siggy's were like the greatest thing ever, I felt like I had made some huge stride or something! Shortly after I got the card, I looked at it and seen the signature symbol on the bottom and then I put it in my wallet. Yea that was about how long the hype lasted for me
is the concierge any good? Its the same service for all banks?
The visa signature logo makes you look HOT thats it!. No biggie................hahha JK............... It has its perks if you dont find them interesting then dont worry signature or non-signature your stil gonna have debt and pay whatever you use back to the bank #justsayin
Added free benefits - see the benefits guide, no over the limit fee, some of them have price protection-depends on a issuer, extended warranty...etc
OMG you also get yearly end statements!
wish i could get those on my regular visa/mastercards.
oh wait.....
i want one just too have one. as stated im sure the hype will die down. being young i dont have large enough expenses to even need a 5k limit card.

One of the differences that I don't think has been listed yet is the difference in how the credit limit is reported to the CRA's.
As a NPSL card the limit you may see in your statement isn't reported to the CRA's for use in calculating your utilization.
This may vary from card to card, but mine reports the limit as the highest balance reported. For example, my statement lists my limit as $17.1K, but my utilization is calculated using my highest reported balance of $5.2K as the limit. So if I had a balance of $5,200 again it would look like the card is maxed out even though I'm only at about 33% of my actual limit.
This effect actually lowered my score when BofA upgraded me to the siggy since it looked like my overall credit limit had been reduced.
This is one drawback of a NPSL card.
I countered this by getting my limits cranked up on my other cards so it's not so much a factor.
bobebob -- If I recall correctly, BofA is one of the few Visa Signature cards that still reports like that. Most others now specify a limit.
My one Visa Signature (CapOne VentureOne) is too new to have reported yet, but it's not an NPSL card. It has a defined CL.
FWIW, I got it because of the travel benefits, including the coincierge service and no (especially) foreign transaction fees.
