You can still spread the love around on your cards, simply pay them in full before the statement date and don't charge again until after that date and most cards will report a 0 balance. That way you can still keep all the cards happy and maximize your benefits yet still look like you are maintaining a sub-5% utility.

Don't forget, though, that you can be dinged by FICO for too many accounts with balances.  Even if you spread the love around, be careful to let no more than half of your CCs report a balance at any given time for optimal FICO scoring.
 
Again, though, with scores like you have, this is probably more trouble than it's worth.
