CONGRATS!!!

Did they automatically upgrade it or did you have the option to decline?

I just received the exact same letter today! I kid you not!

It says they will be mailing the card to me in 65 days and that my Walmart CL will roll into the new card.

They are sending the card and list an 800 number to call if I want to cancel the upgrade.

At the time of activation I will have to state my annual income for the card to activate.

My history with Walmart:

Received card at end of August 2012 with $500 CL.

Called for CLI after 4 months: DENIED!

Pressed love button in March 2013: $200 increase to $700.

Received the Walmart/Discover upgrade letter today.

I use the heck out of this card and pay the balance down to about $30 before it reports each month. I have found that Walmart doesn't generate a statement if your balance is zero at reporting time.

I also got the letter  today for my discover upgrade in 65 days. I got my card in Sept 2012 for 800 and today it is at 1400.
