Ok, I havent even gotten a bill yet from WF Secured MasterCard but it already doesnt make sense with what the customer rep told me. Given the fact of how I screwed up CC's last time. Ive called the customer service people twice to find out when my billing date will be. I was informed both times that my billing date is 7/18 and by due date wouldnt be until sometime in August.
I decided to check out WF online banking today and pull up my card info. Its showing my initial purchase at WonderCuts of 15.95 is due 7/13/12....what the hell. Granted this is a small amount but how in the hell can two customer reps get the date so wrong? And on another related note, has anyone used auto bill pay with them and had any problems?
Turns out that the Customer services reps were in fact wrong! I have a statement from 6/18/12 that was issued. The reps said no statement would be issued for this date (since I only had 15.95 charged on it.) Well it was. I havent been assessed the AF yet but my available credit says 117.00. Which I really dont get. I opened the card with 300 CL and recently raised it to 500. The only charge showing on the 6/18 statement is the 15.95 so how does 300-15.95 = 117?
The only positive thing is that it may hit the CRA in a couple days.
