Watch out, they are doing hard now for CLI. I may call them tomorrow because I don't recall them stating a hard credit pull will be done.
Care Credit typically does HP CLIs. I was once able to get an $8200 CLI using a recent (at the time) SP, but I consider myself very lucky.
