Go with Capital One or HSBC/Orchard Bank. I was denied for Citi Secured 05/10, applied in bank, gave deposit and weeks later they sent me my check back in the mail with a denial. BOA not BK friendly. I applied on line for cap one secured, easy breezy. Once approved you can pay your deposit online and you get your card in about 2 weeks. So dont waste the inquiry with Citi or BOA. US Bank BK friendly after 7 years with good payment history. No info about 5/3

I always have to come in and say New Millenium Bank. I had them and they were great to me. I was able to get an unsecured card 1 year later after having them, when I closed my account they saved my secured check fed ex overnight (after closing my card) and that was that. good luck Smiley Happy

New Millenium was a "fee harvester" card and IMO too expensive to be recommended to almost anyone.   The point is mute since they agreed to stop issuing cards in May 2010 due to problems discovered by Federal regulators.
