Since I just got my DM card today is it OK to a BT that quick?? I can just PIF on HSBC next week and close but I figure I ca nthrow DM some $$ action

It takes from 13 to 18 days for a BT to go through for Discover. If you need it faster than that, then you will be better served arranging things differently. There is a 3% fee, so unless you will be using the 0% financing for a while to make that money back, it would not be in you best financial interest to do a transfer.
