I'd be less worried about my credit report and more concerned with being four years older. Enjoy life instead of worrying about a credit report. You're doing the right things now. Four years is too far off to be worrying and speculating.

In June of 2019, all of my CC's that were IIB will drop off all my reports, including a paid state tax lien. I'm excited in the sense that I'll have a virtually clean report except for the BK in public records, which still keeps me in the dirty bucket till 2023. The reason I'm worried is because several of those CC's are my longest history card dating back to 1999/2000. I'm worried about the impact on AAOA when all of sudden 19 derogs just disappear. Since I rebuilt immediately after my discharge (1 week later) I would have had 5 yrs rebuilt by then. What do you think the impact will be? Could I see an increase in scores because the derogs are now gone, a decrease in scores because of AAOA, or no change?

Wouldnt be too concerned if it were only a few accts, but there are 19!!' That's a lot to come off at once. Thoughts are appreciated as always??Smiley Happy

you can always try to find a way to mess up the accounts again, and maybe they stay on your report for a little longer? Smiley Tongue

your goal now is not to mess up from now till 2019. not what happnes in 2019.

And when you read the fine print in your CC Agreements, they take, like, all your points back when you decease too. You really can not take it with you.
