Ok, back in late May I applied for and was approved for a Capital one platinum with a 300$ limit. I got my first bill in June (was due July 9th) paid it early and just recived my second statement that is due 8/9/14. It has yet to post to my credit report as an open credit line. Is this unusual to take this long ??
In my case they reported after 2 months... So urs might be happening soon. For me, my payment due date is 22nd of every month, statement cuts every 25th then majority of the times they report to the CB either on the 27th or 28th.
With hard work you can get you credit better in no time.
