yeeeowch, but not as bad as I'd expected. Lost 40 points from UT being high post-home purchase/holiday shopping. At least it doesn't have anywhere to go, but up, right?

Starting Score: 10/1/2011 EQ 568 TU 593
Current Score: EQ 664 TU 700 EX 701 (FAKO)

thats not bad. in a few months your scores will rebound...

reasons given for my score being "low" aaoa is not high enough.

to high of a balance on an installment loan.

before i got the loan though they said it lacked of having variety on my report.

i give up.

simple as that. use them pif and never be late. dont aplly for something you dont NEED not want NEED. and your scores will rise. end of story. gn everyone lol

Re: Wal-Mart December TU08 Score!! GO GO

Unfortunately the update I've been looking forward to for the past month was disappointing. My score dropped 25 points from 762 to 737...

The reasons given were:

1) You have a short credit history.

2) You've made heavy use of your available revolving credit.

Oh well, there's always next month. I foresee it bouncing back to where it was if not taking a quantum leap forward due to the Amex backdating power of a January app along with the holiday shopping season coming to an end causing a huge drop in utilization.
Amex B.C.E. - $2.5k - N.C.F.C.U.M.C. - $5k - Amex Gold - NPSL - Discover More - $7.5k - Sam's Club Discover - $10k -
Walmart Discover - $7.5k - Citi T.Y.P. - $5.5k - Chase Freedom - $2.2k -

Re: Wal-Mart December TU08 Score!! GO GO

Up 30 points from 711 to 741! :smileysurprised:

I did a BT for a couple of my lower-limit cards so that my only balance is on one card, about $1800 balance with $2000 limit. Nearly all of the $1800 is left over from school expenses that I just haven't been able to pay off yet, and I got a sweet BT offer from Citi (0% until 09/13) that I couldn't resist. A couple of the cards were near maxed out so I guess paying them off and having all debt on one card helps tremdendously.

There's nothing else that could have caused this as nothing else has changed on my report.
