Wal-Mart Experience

So i go to Wal-Mart today to do some shopping an to pay my CC account why when i get to the register an tell the girl i would like to make a payment she tells me i don't no how to do it. Then i go to another register an i get told the same thing. I'm like why are you people working here if you don't no what your doing. Finaly i goes to the service desk an the young say's she can precess my CC payment i was so mad lol.

That has always been the job of the customer service desk no matter what store...Lowes, Home Depot, Sears, whatever.  Its not the job of the cashiers.  Don't get mad at them.  They know their job only.  That is not their job.

Well i was told u can pay at the registers. An you never tell a customer you don't no you ask for someone that can help.Man Mad
