I am wondering if Wally does a SP or HP when I request a CLI? Thanks.

ALWAYS SP
you can even call in and if you don't get what you want through automated system on phone you can ask the rep to send you to underwriting to have a manual review and they will ask if they can pull report and it's SP... they usually say it but someone actually was told by one the other day it would be HP and it's NOT... must have been new!
fustrating to me when the person that is looking at my credit to decide if "I" qualify for more credit doesn't even know HP vs. SP!!!

I called yesterday and requested an increase. The rep I spoke to assured me it was a soft pull. Nothing has shown up on any of my reports yet. CLI from 2500-8000.
