Wally / GECRB - Try Again

Last month I tried for a CLI on my Walmart card and was denied to Utilization (was at 40% ) I have since paid down to under 15% and my 1 year anniversiary is coming up her in a week or so. Is it too soon to try again?

I don't think there's a waiting period between CLI requests for GEMB when you're declined.

I think there is, possibly every 4 months. It seems logical on how they've handled my 2 GE accounts I can't get a CLI with them
